Run Like a Homeowner, Not a Contractor
Founded by owner-operator Ivan Vich, Mizner Pavers is Palm Beach & Broward's outdoor living specialist, built on the same care Ivan would give his own home. No over-selling, no shortcuts, no surprises.
How Mizner Pavers Got Started
Mizner Pavers emerged from Ivan's own experience going through a comprehensive home remodel. Through that journey, he encountered the challenges homeowners commonly face, and saw the potential for a more seamless, more honest experience for everyone involved.
What distinguishes Mizner Pavers is Ivan's approach: he guides every customer through decisions with the same care he'd give his own home. No over-selling, no unnecessary costs, no materials chosen for margin instead of longevity.
"Mizner Pavers is staffed with some of the best installers in the region, and I personally research every product we offer to make sure it's the right fit, not just the easiest sell. I stay involved through every phase, whether you're on-site, on vacation, or at another home entirely."

What Our Customers Say

"Ivan and his team are what doing business should be. Once scope and pricing was established, they came in and did all work in an expeditious and professional manner. Showed up when they said they would and left the area totally clean of construction debris once done. The job they performed came out great. I was recommended Mizner Pavers by a friend of mine who had used them recently. This is my way to pass it along to others looking for paver repairs, deep cleaning and sealing. I would definitely use them again in the future if the need arose."
